The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Energy is seeking candidates for two recently posted Energy Projects Coordinator positions. The Office of Energy is expanding to accommodate numerous Federal and State energy-related programs in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy, energy resiliency, and workforce development.
Energy Project Coordinators will have the opportunity to translate impactful energy and climate policy into public programs that benefit Illinois residents and communities. No day will be the same in this position, but activities may include partner coordination/communication, program development, grant management, policy/legislation review, technical writing, webpage and social media marketing, and much more.

The position will be located at the Illinois EPA Headquarters Office in Springfield with a 37.5 hour work week (flexible work schedule available).
