South Bend, Ind.-based Pure Green Farms will begin to grow, package and distribute fresh leafy greens in February.
The new 4-acre hydroponic indoor farm plans to supply more than 8 million retail units of leafy greens in the first year with room to quadruple in size in the future, according to a news release.
