The following document was created as the result of a series of collaborative engagements with partnering organizations that see value in reducing food waste in the Central Ohio region. Based on those engagements and the input gathered, this document serves as a pathway of opportunities and solutions for the regional community to coalesce and pursue. While holistic, the document does not intend to be comprehensive. Rather it provides a living framework for collaboratively advancing the front lines on food waste, which requires a flexible and adaptive approach. With collective input, several projects that could be implemented immediately are outlined within the document.
